Terms and Conditions

Thank you for considering one of our puppies for your forever home. We take pride in breeding healthy and happy puppies and want to ensure that you have a positive experience with your new family member. As such, we offer the following health guarantee: 

1.Health Certification: Our puppies come with a certificate of health from a licensed veterinarian indicating that they are in good health and have received all necessary vaccinations and deworming. 

2. Genetic Health: We guarantee that your puppy is free from any known genetic defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If your puppy is found to have a genetic defect within this timeframe, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value. 

3. Return Policy: If for any reason you are unable to care for your puppy, we require that you return it to us. We will provide a full refund if the puppy is returned within 7 days of purchase in good health. 

4. Care Requirements: In order to ensure that your puppy remains healthy, we require that you provide it with proper care including but not limited to: regular veterinary check-ups, proper nutrition, exercise, and socialization. 

5. Notification: If your puppy becomes ill within the first 72 hours after purchase, you must 

notify us immediately. Failure to do so will void this health guarantee. 

Please note that this health guarantee does not cover any illness or injury that occurs after the first 72 hours of purchase, or any illness or injury that results from neglect or abuse. 

By purchasing a puppy from us, you agree to the terms of this health guarantee. We are confident that your new puppy will bring you many years of joy and happiness.
